Kathleen G. Nadeau, Ph.D.
Clinical Psychologist

Brief description:

Once we are out of school, you have a much broader range of choices in terms of the work that we do. The keys to a successful career and work life come from understanding your strengths and interests, as well as understanding the conditions under which you work best. In this talk I will discuss choosing a career that is compatible with your needs, and also workplace strategies to work at your best once you've landed a job. This talk will be focused on issues for both young adults at the start of their work life as well as for mid-career adults that may be considering changing jobs or careers, or who find themselves unemployed and in search of their next jobs.
